New mobile app gives guests more flexibility

Our hotel client recently launched their new mobile app, Mobile Request. The mobile app allows users to request services and amenities directly from their phone without ever making a phone call. In addition, guests can have a mobile text chat directly with a staff member at the hotel. This new functionality gives users the flexibility to make requests and chat on the go which in turn saves time and efficiencies. And, this means happier guests.
