The future of managing hotels in the cloud
As more and more CIOs and IT leaders move to the “cloud”, the need for a standard framework document for best practices and definition of terms to ensure interoperability between cloud-based systems is crucial. Hotel Technology Next Generation - a global trade association dedicated to enhancing the deployment of technology in hotels - recently established an “Above Property Systems Workgroup” to create this framework document and open the discussion of benefits of managing the property from above.
