Guestware includes tools to manage a points-based loyalty program.

Guestware loyalty management tools enable you to define which visits are eligible to earn points. When eligible visits are competed, Guestware automatically posts points to guest loyalty accounts. The formula for earning points is configured to match the loyalty program rules typical based on visit metrics such as room revenue, total revenue, or room nights.

Loyalty point redemptions are recorded in Guestware by a loyalty customer care representative or though API integration with the online booking engine.

In addition to points, Guestware manages the loyalty tier assignments. The criteria for earning tier status is configured to match the loyalty program rules which is typically based on visit metrics such as room revenue, total revenue, or room nights.

When Guestware is integrated with the central reservation system, new reservations for loyalty members link to the member’s loyalty ID ensuring the member is recognized by the front desk at the time of arrival.

Loyalty financial reports provide the accounting team information necessary to track the outstanding loyalty point liability as well as money due from each participating hotel to fund point redemptions.
