Guest Recognition streamlines the front desk process to prepare for valued guest arrivals and establish relationships with returning guests.

With seamless PMS integration, reservations are matched to returning guest profiles. The front desk acts on the guests’ requests, past experiences and preferences to insure that guests are greeted with appropriate rooms assigned and services delivered. When Guestware recognition is used with Guestware Rapid Response and Auto Dispatch, reservation amenity requests are automatically dispatched to a runner upon guest check-in.
