Guestware Expands in India and Middle East with Reseller CADD Emirates
Hostech, the hospitality division of CADD Emirates ready to promote and service GuestWare in Middle East and India
2012 - Guestware, developers of an integrated Guest Experience Management (GEM) software solution used by hospitality companies around the world, has selected CADD Emirates to resell and support Guestware in India and the Middle East.
GuestWare has been working directly in the Middle East for over a decade without a significant local presence. Demand in the region has grown including two international chains standardizing on Guestware. The opportunity for local market sales and servicing will improve exposure within the region for GuestWare’s leading CRM, service delivery and quality management tools. CADD Emirates, with offices in Dubai, UAE, Doha and support center in New Delhi, India will leverage their strong hospitality technology experience to promote and deploy GuestWare’s innovative software.
